In Bloom creates original landscape designs for professional installation at single family residences located on the San Francisco and Monterey peninsulas.  The design process is an iterative creative collaboration between homeowner, designer and contractor to create a place of beauty and personal meaning especially for you.  The distinctive result is a well-choreographed garden that gets better with age!

As a boutique design studio that creates a limited number of gardens each year, providing detailed plans and personalized service from concept through installation, it is important to determine through an initial consultation whether we have a good basis for partnership on all levels - project vision and scope, personality fit and a reasonable budget & schedule expectation given the project goals.

DESIGN FEE STRUCTURE:
  • Initial consultations cost $150 and range from 1-2 hours, in which time we discuss your ideas/vision for the property, review my portfolio and explore design possibilities for the site based upon your wishes and budget.
  • Design fee estimates are determined following the initial consultation.  Design fees are billed at an hourly rate of $85/hour and generally range from 8-12% of the completed project cost.

Thank you for your inquiry.
